GOAT Celebrating the Greatest Of All Time Apolloni wine! Alfredo Apolloni (owner of two goats!) has hand selected some of the greatest wines to share with our valued members for this August club pick up weekend. Along with these special pours, FRAGA Farmstead creamery will be onsite with their local goat cheese.

Pick Up Club Member accounts will be charged on August 8th. In case you need to update any of your payment information with us, please email or call us so we can assist you. Once we process your August allocation, you are welcome to stop by anytime we are open and collect your wines!

It’s all about Brix, which is a measure of the grapes sugar content. Winemakers use this to guide their decisions when to harvest, as it indicates the ripeness of the fruit. Come try for yourself! Be a winemaker for a day and use a refractometer to measure the current Brix levels in the grapes. Ask an Apolloni team member at your next visit or give us a call.
