Riserva Cellar Club Members, it's time for a shindig! This Sunday October 9th, we're celebrating Adolfo Apolloni's Birthday in style by pouring wine from the first vintages from his namesake vineyard, the Filippo Vineyard!

All of our Riserva tier Cellar Club Members are invited to an afternoon of small bites and library wines from our Filippo Vineyard! There will be Filippo Pinot Noir from '08, '09, '10 and '11 open, and we will be premiering our 2021 Blanc de Blanc and 2020 Lacrima d'Oro Muscat as well! Laurine will be crafting the food pairings, and Alfredo will be sharing stories about these elegantly aged wines from our estate.

The beginning of harvest has been full of learning as we get into a rhythm of processing and caring for our incoming fruit! Our Winemaker Kevin is pictured here as he explained the process of how and why we press white wines. This Chardonnay was then quickly loaded into our press and the crew did an amazing job!

This week we are ramping up production as we see the first lot of fruit from our estate vineyards being picked tomorrow! Keep an eye out as we welcome Pinot Gris onto the crush pad, to be made into our 2022 Pinot Grigio!

First press of the year! Today we fired up our press for this first time this year, and we are looking forward to pressing over 140 tons of fruit over the next couple of months!

This week we welcomed our 2022 harvest crew and started preparing for our incoming fruit!

We spent some time checking out the vineyards to see how our fruit is coming along, including our estate Pinot Blanc vines, sampling along the way! Though not fully ripe just yet, these grapes are full of flavor and acidity that are characteristic of our tasty estate Pinot Blanc!

Keep an eye out as we begin bringing in fruit, and you may even see some next week! We have a great crew ready to tackle the 2022 vintage!

Our next vintage of sparkling wines are bottled and coming soon! Take a peak as we bottle this gorgeous Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir, and we have a Blanc de Blanc coming very soon as well!

A labor of love, our sparkling wines are bottled and labeled by hand. These wines are elegant and expressive, packed with bright fruit flavors and clean, refreshing bubbles. We can’t wait to share them with you soon!

Another signal that harvest is near, Veraison!

Veraison is the part of the growing cycle where our clusters of grapes transform and develop their iconic features. The grapes shift to their final color, sugar develops inside the fruit and clusters begin to ripen, this is a very exciting part of the growing cycle!

We will continue to test fruit samples and monitor our vineyards as we head towards harvest later this month, waiting for the perfect moment to harvest the 2022 vintage!

This weekend is our August Cellar Club Weekend! To celebrate we're throwing a Pizza Party all weekend long with Chef Sandy of @taste_of_excellence! We'll have a variety of pies hot and ready all weekend, and plenty of tasty wines to go with them!

Club members can stop by this Friday, Saturday or Sunday and enjoy a complimentary slice of pizza with their Cellar Club flight wine they pick up their August allocation. Reservations are recommended as these are busy weekends in our Tasting Room. You can book your tasting at the #linkinbio!

Take a peak at the vines! 👀 Our little clusters of fruit are starting to peak through the leaves and vines as we quickly approach harvest!

Now that the fruit is developing we should soon see these green berries turn red as they become mature Pinot Noir clusters.

🐾 Did someone say dog-friendly wine tour? Canines Uncorked is back for it's 12th year, and on Saturday August 6th we are glad to be hosting a "Sip and Spa" themed stop on the wine trail! Proceeds from this event support our four-legged friends at the @oregonhumane.

Crafted by our friends at @bethanystable, the burrito is packed with Spicy Coppa, Soppressata, Prosciutto, Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Balsamic Red Onions mixed with fluffy Scrambled Eggs and Cheese! This scrumptious burrito is served with a side of mild salsa, a fresh fruit parfait and a leafy salad with champagne vinaigrette.

$30 per person ($25 for Cellar Club Members).

Reservations are available for 11am and 1pm seatings, reservations for this event are required.
