You will try Apolloni Estate grown Sangiovese and Nebbiolo next to their Italian counterparts.(Apolloni Vineyards is the only vineyard in the Willamette Valley cultivating Sangiovese). Dave will share his knowledge on the winemaking styles, regional characteristics, and unique qualities of these wines.
