Harvest Wine Dinner
Come to Apolloni Vineyards and join Laurine and Alfredo for a coursed dinner catered exclusively by Maya’s Kitchen. Chef Carlos Perez and his team will be cooking a delightful fusion of Mexican and Italian food at the winery! All courses will be paired with Apolloni wine.
When brainstorming ideas for our next wine dinner, we kept going back to the idea of a more playful and fun fusion of flavors, cuisine, and cultures. We believe food is an extension of community, and combining our Italian heritage with a local chef with experience in Mexican food excited us. While the menu we created is not traditional, it showcases the best of two vibrant cuisine communities. We hope you enjoy this unique style of food as much as we have – the full menu is listed below.
To add an extra layer of ambience and style, we have invited our friend to play a cello during the duration of dinner.
General tickets are $120.
Tickets are $105 for members. (log in as member to receive club price)
Group sizes are limited to 4 guests. The menu will be posted soon and we will accommodate any dietary restrictions upon request as best we can.
