A pasta dinner at a sandwich place? Well, this is no ordinary spot and Chef Gabriel Pascuzzi is a wildly talented chef (recently named Chef of the Year by Eater PDX)! A Portland native, Gabriel trained in NYC and Copenhagen before returning to the Pacific Northwest and local fine dining. We love that he comes from a tradition of Italian family cooking, which is evident in everything he creates. His sandwich menu is incredible and has a cult-like following.
