Soleggio Blending Experience
Have you ever wondered if you’ve got what it takes to be a winemaker? Are you always wondering what Alfredo is doing in the cave that makes our wine taste so good?! Now is your chance to see if you can make a blend as well as the pros!
Soleggio, our beloved Super Tuscan-style blend is a delicate balance of Sangiovese, Merlot, & Cabernet Sauvignon (with the occasional additional varietal). Each vintage is different and each blend has its own story. Our winemaking team sweats over every little detail to make sure you enjoy a blend unique to our winery, and we want you to see how it’s done!
Owner-Winemaker Alfredo Apolloni and WSET-certified wine educator Dave Sandage will guide you through the process of making a Super Tuscan-style blend. You will taste the blend components, creating a blend, and sample an array of blends from your classmates.
Tickets are $45. This educational experience includes barrel cave tour, wine samples and charcuterie bites.
