A cool, long growing season is reflected in our elegant estate Pinot Noir.. The fruit is sourced from our sustainably farmed vineyard and aged for 16 months in one-third new French oak barrels. The wine can be enjoyed now and is also a good candidate for aging.
This wine opens with floral perfume, spice, cedar and a hint of smoke. On the palate, pie cherry, currants, tobacco and clove layer into fine tannins, building to a lovely, long finish with notes of cocoa and sweet vanilla
